Method of Payment: For qualified accounts, we offer the following:

Net 30 Terms – Invoice must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
2% 10 Terms – Invoice must be paid within 10 days of invoice date.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is available with a 3% discount on all qualified orders. Just provide us with a signed ACH form at the time you place your order (or have one on file) and enjoy the additional convenience and discount on all qualified orders.
We accept all major credit cards.

Freight: Most items are shipped from Bloomington, Indiana or Visalia, California via common carrier. Some orders will be shipped FedEx via “Multi-Weight” service pre-paid and added to invoice if applicable. See Shipping Information for additional details.

Nutrients and Pest Controls: Some nutrients and pest controls may not be available in all states. If we are not able to ship your order complete, we'll contact you with those items that will be removed from your order.We will track those items and contact you when they have been approved for sale in your state.

Truck Order Only: Some items are too bulky or fragile to ship FedEx and will be shipped as Truck Orders only. These items will be denoted with “Truck Ship Only”.

Pricing: We make every possible attempt to provide you with stable pricing throughout the year, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices subject to change.

Full Case Only: Surcharge of 10% for split cases. Some items may not be split and will be listed as “Full Case Only”.

Drop Ship Orders: There will be a $10 per address handling fee assigned to all drop ship orders in addition to standard shipping charge. $100 minimum per drop ship order.
Additional fees for larger orders may apply.

Minimum Order: $100 after fulfilling the initial stocking order requirement.

Manufacturer's Warranties: For returns within 30 days of purchase, call BWGS for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Under terms of warranty, product is shipped directly to the manufacturer with the RA from BWGS. After 30 days from purchase, contact the manufacturer directly for return information. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
